Poway Schedules Junior Nature Ranger Program November 7 at Blue Sky Ecological Reserve

POWAY — November 2, 2026. Poway’s November community events calendar lists a Junior Nature Ranger program for Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Blue Sky Ecological Reserve.

A nature-focused morning

The program is part of the city recreation and interpretive offerings at Blue Sky, a protected natural area. Parents should ask organizers about age ranges, supervision, enrollment and any supplies needed rather than assume every child may attend without registering.

A sensitive outdoor landscape

Blue Sky has trails and habitats that should be protected from off-trail traffic. Visitors need sturdy shoes, drinking water and clothing appropriate to morning weather. Wildlife is best observed at a distance.

Before leaving home

Check the current event listing and any trail closure or weather advisory. The program’s scheduled start time is not a guarantee that all reserve facilities are accessible for the entire day.
